“The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?”

The one set apart and equipped for a specific task. Oil was poured on kings, priests and prophets in the Old Testament — the anointing meant: this one is chosen, this one is sent. Jesus stands up in Nazareth and reads Isaiah — and then says: this is Me. I am the one sent.

Fellowship, sharing, participation. Koinonia. They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and fellowship. Koinonia is not casual socialising. It is deep participation in shared life.
