To put, to place, to appoint. Tithemi. Father into Your hands I commit My spirit. The final act of Jesus was an act of trust. Put everything in His hands. That is where it is safest.

God. Theos. In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The ultimate reality. The source of all existence. Personal knowable and present.

Assembly, church, called out ones. Ekklesia. I will build my church. The church is not a building or a programme. It is a people called out by God and gathered around Jesus.

First, foremost, chief. Protos. The first shall be last and the last first. God constantly reverses human rankings. What the world considers great God may consider least.

Second, second in order. Deuteros. The second Adam undoes what the first Adam did. What came first does not always define what comes last.

Prophet, one who speaks forth. Prophetes. No prophecy was ever produced by the will of man. The prophets spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Third, the third time. Tritos. On the third day He rose. What seemed final was only the second act.

Teacher, instructor, rabbi. Didaskalos. Jesus was called this more than any other title during his earthly ministry. Teach what you have received.

Thereafter, then, next in sequence. Épeita. Order matters in God's unfolding plan. Trust the sequence He has established.

The root of our word dynamite. But dunamis is not explosive destruction — it is the inherent ability to accomplish what needs to be done. Jesus says you will receive this power. Not work for it, earn it or deserve it. Receive it. The Holy Spirit is not a reward. He is a gift.

Gift of grace, spiritual gift. Charisma. Each one has received a gift so use it to serve one another. Every gift is a grace. It was not earned. It was given for the good of others.

Healing, cure, the effect of being healed. Iama. Gifts of healings are listed among the Spirit's works in the body of Christ. God's healing is not merely process but result. Expect the evidence.

Governance, leadership, directorship. Kybernesis. God gives some in the church the gift of steering, the skill of a pilot navigating a ship. Lead with the care of one responsible for lives.

Race, family, kind, nation. Genos. A chosen race a royal priesthood. Your identity in Christ overrides every other category. You belong to God's own people.

Tongue, language. Glossa. Death and life are in the power of the tongue. The tongue is the smallest member but sets the whole course of a life. Use it for life.
