“Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;”
ἵστημι
To stand, to set, to place. Histemi. Having done all stand. Stand therefore. When you have done everything else there is still this. Stand in what Christ has already accomplished.

To bring good news, to proclaim the gospel. Euaggelizo. How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. The Gospel is news not advice. It announces what has happened.
