“Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.”

Old, ancient, former. Palaios. Put off the old self. The old way of living has no claim on you in Christ. You are not who you used to be. You are a new creation.
