“And the king of Israel answered and said, Tell him, Let not him that girdeth on his harness boast himself as he that putteth it off.”
הָלַל
To praise, to shine, to boast. Halal. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Exuberant irrepressible praise is the proper response to God.
