1 Thessalonians 2:6
King James Version
8 Jun 2026
“Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.”
δόξα
Glory, honour, splendour. Doxa. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His glory. Glory is the weight and radiance of God's presence. It transforms everything it touches.

ζητέω
To seek, to look for, to desire. Zeteo. Seek first the kingdom of God. Seeking is active not passive. The kingdom does not come to those who wait passively. Seek it.
