“Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men. ”
παρακαλέω
To comfort, to exhort, to encourage. Parakaleo. The God of all comfort who comforts us in all our troubles. He does not just send comfort. He is the God who comforts personally.

Admonish, warn gently, put in mind. Noutheteo. Paul charged elders to admonish the flock, not with harshness but with careful instruction. Correction that loves the person is not optional. Speak truth, and speak it tenderly.
