“And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.”

To comfort, to exhort, to encourage. Parakaleo. The God of all comfort who comforts us in all our troubles. He does not just send comfort. He is the God who comforts personally.

they should serve them,

To serve as a slave, to be enslaved. Douleuo. No one can serve two masters. Divided loyalty destroys effectiveness. Choose who you will serve and serve wholeheartedly.
