2 Chronicles 30:5
King James Version
6 Jun 2026
“So they established a decree to make proclamation throughout all Israel, from Beer–sheba even to Dan, that they should come to keep the passover unto the Lord God of Israel at Jerusalem: for they had not done it of a long time in such sort as it was written.”
דָּבָר
In Hebrew, dabar is not just a word spoken — it is a word that accomplishes something. God's dabar does not return empty. The psalmist says this word is a lamp to his feet — not a floodlight revealing everything ahead, but enough light for the next step. That is faith.
