“In the third month they began to lay the foundation of the heaps, and finished them in the seventh month.”
חָלַל
Pierced, wounded, profaned. Chalal. To be fatally pierced through. This is the word used for Jesus being pierced on the cross. He was pierced because of what we did, not because of anything He did.
כָּלָה
they finished

To be completed, to be finished. Kalah. It is finished. The word Jesus cried from the cross. The work of redemption was completely done.
