“Then Amaziah sent messengers to Jehoash, the son of Jehoahaz son of Jehu, king of Israel, saying, Come, let us look one another in the face.”
מֶלֶךְ
King. Melek. A ruler with supreme authority. The LORD is King forever and ever. Every earthly king is answerable to the King of kings.
