“So they feared the Lord, and made unto themselves of the lowest of them priests of the high places, which sacrificed for them in the houses of the high places.”

Priest. Kohen. One who stands between God and the people. Jesus is our great High Priest. And in Him every believer is part of a royal priesthood with full access to God.

Fearing, those who fear. Yare. The desire of those who fear Him He will fulfil. The life surrendered to holy awe of God is the life God honours most fully.
