“And when he heard say of Tirhakah king of Ethiopia, Behold, he is come out to fight against thee: he sent messengers again unto Hezekiah, saying,”
יָצָא
To go out, to come out, to bring out. Yatsa. God brought Israel out of Egypt. He brings us out of every form of bondage with a mighty hand.
