“It seemed good unto us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,”
ἐκλέγομαι
To choose, to select, to elect. Eklegomai. You did not choose Me but I chose you. Being chosen by God precedes everything else. Your relationship with God began with His initiative.
ὁμοθυμαδόν
with one accord

With one mind, unanimously, together. They all joined together constantly in prayer. Unity in prayer is powerful. What one voice alone may not accomplish many voices together can.
