“But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:”
ῥῆμα
Not logos — the written word — but rhema, the word spoken in the moment. The angel says to Mary: no rhema from God shall be without power. Every specific word God speaks into your situation carries the ability to accomplish itself. He does not speak empty words.

To dwell, to settle, to inhabit. Katoikeo. That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. Dwelling is permanent residence not occasional visits. He wants to live in you fully.
