“And as we tarried there many days, there came down from Judea a certain prophet, named Agabus.”
προφήτης
Prophet, one who speaks forth. Prophetes. No prophecy was ever produced by the will of man. The prophets spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
