“And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.”
ῥῆμα
Not logos — the written word — but rhema, the word spoken in the moment. The angel says to Mary: no rhema from God shall be without power. Every specific word God speaks into your situation carries the ability to accomplish itself. He does not speak empty words.
