“Then they suborned men, which said, We have heard him speak blasphemous words against Moses, and against God.”
ῥῆμα
Not logos — the written word — but rhema, the word spoken in the moment. The angel says to Mary: no rhema from God shall be without power. Every specific word God speaks into your situation carries the ability to accomplish itself. He does not speak empty words.
