“And set up false witnesses, which said, This man ceaseth not to speak blasphemous words against this holy place, and the law:”

Not logos — the written word — but rhema, the word spoken in the moment. The angel says to Mary: no rhema from God shall be without power. Every specific word God speaks into your situation carries the ability to accomplish itself. He does not speak empty words.
