“I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.”
לֶחֶם
Bread, food, grain. Lechem. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. There is food for the body and food for the soul.
