“And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.”
צָוָה
To command, to charge, to appoint. Tsavah. He will command His angels concerning you. God gives specific instructions to His angels about your protection.
שָׁמַע
you will obey

To hear, to listen, to obey. Shema. Hear O Israel. In Hebrew to truly hear means to obey. God is looking for those who hear with the intention to do.
