“And when we cried unto the Lord God of our fathers, the Lord heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:”
קוֹל
Voice, sound, thunder. Qowl. A voice of one calling in the desert. God speaks in many ways. The voice that matters most is the one that points to Jesus.

Affliction, poverty, misery. Oniy. In my affliction Your word has given me life. Affliction drives us deeper into the word and closer to God.
