“Thou shalt build the altar of the Lord thy God of whole stones: and thou shalt offer burnt offerings thereon unto the Lord thy God:”
שָׁלֵם
Complete, perfect, whole. Shalem. You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You. Shalem peace is peace that lacks nothing.

you will build
