Meekness, gentleness, humility. Praotes. Take My yoke upon you for I am meek and lowly. Meekness is not weakness. It is strength under control. Jesus demonstrated it perfectly.

Patience, long-suffering, endurance. Makrothumia. Be completely humble and gentle be patient bearing with one another in love. Patience in relationships is love made visible.
