“And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for one man: and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.”

Bread, food, grain. Lechem. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. There is food for the body and food for the soul.
