“Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven; neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.”

Blood. Dam. The life of a creature is in its blood. The blood of Jesus speaks mercy. It purchased our forgiveness and sealed the new covenant.
