“And shall cause their voice to be heard against thee, and shall cry bitterly, and shall cast up dust upon their heads, they shall wallow themselves in the ashes:”
עָפָר
Dust, dry earth. Aphar. The material from which God formed Adam. You are dust and to dust you shall return. But between the dust God breathed His own life into you.
