“And I went up by revelation, and communicated unto them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to them which were of reputation, lest by any means I should run, or had run, in vain.”

Good news, gospel, glad tidings. Euaggelion. The Gospel is the power of God for salvation. Not just a message about power. The message itself is power when received in faith.

To proclaim, to preach, to herald. Kerusso. Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel. The Gospel is news to be announced not advice to be offered. Announce it boldly.
