“And Abram said to the king of Sodom, I have lift up mine hand unto the Lord, the most high God, the possessor of heaven and earth,”

Heaven, sky. Shamayim. The visible sky and the spiritual realm where God dwells. God inhabits eternity but also dwells with the humble and contrite in spirit.

I raise

To be high, to be exalted, to rise. Ruwm. I dwell on a high and holy place but also with the contrite. God is both transcendent and intimately near.
