“The Lord God of heaven, which took me from my father’s house, and from the land of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this land; he shall send his angel before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence.”
שָׁבַע
To swear, to take an oath. Shaba. God swore by Himself because there is none greater. His promises are backed by His own eternal nature.
שָׁלַח
he will send

To send. Shalach. God sent His Son. He still sends people today. You are sent. Every believer is a sent one carrying His authority.
