“The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;”
תְּהוֹם
Deep, abyss. Tehom. The primordial deep waters. The Spirit of God moved over the face of the deep. God is not afraid of the deep places. He moves there.
