“But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;”

Suffering, passion, what one experiences. Pathema. The sufferings of Christ overflow into our lives so also through Christ our comfort overflows. Suffering and comfort come together in Christ.

Many, much, great. Polus. Much fruit. Many witnesses. Great grace. God is not stingy. He gives abundantly to those who are connected to the vine.
