“For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:”

Flesh, body, human nature. Sarx. The Word became flesh. God took on human nature completely. He knows from the inside what it means to be human. He is not a distant deity.
