“The Lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:”
שָׁבַע
To swear, to take an oath. Shaba. God swore by Himself because there is none greater. His promises are backed by His own eternal nature.

Host, army, warfare. Tsaba. The LORD of hosts. The commander of angel armies. His forces are beyond counting.

To arise, to stand up, to establish. Quwm. Arise shine for your light has come. God calls His people to get up. Passivity is not the posture of those who carry His glory.
