“And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall.”
מִגְדָּל
Tower, elevated structure. Migdal. The name of the LORD is a strong tower. The righteous run into it and are safe. God is our high place of protection.

Waters. Mayim. God gathered the waters and called them seas. Jesus said rivers of living water will flow from within those who believe in Him.
