“And the Lord shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall shew the lighting down of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.”
קוֹל
Voice, sound, thunder. Qowl. A voice of one calling in the desert. God speaks in many ways. The voice that matters most is the one that points to Jesus.

Arm, strength, power. Zerowa. The arm of God is His active power intervening in human history. It is never too short to reach whatever needs reaching.
