“And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.”
שָׁעָה
to gaze at or about (properly, for help); by implication, to inspect, consider, compassionate, be nonplussed (as looking around in amazement) or bewildered
שָׁמַע
those who hear

To hear, to listen, to obey. Shema. Hear O Israel. In Hebrew to truly hear means to obey. God is looking for those who hear with the intention to do.

those who see

To see, to look, to perceive. Raah. The LORD sees not as man sees. Man looks on the outward appearance but God looks on the heart.

the eyes of

Eye, spring of water. Ayin. Open the eyes of my heart LORD. I lift my eyes to You who are enthroned in heaven.
