“The Lord is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness.”
מִשְׁפָּט
Justice, right judgment. Mishpat. Doing what is right and fair in every situation. Let justice roll on like a river. God requires mishpat from His people.

he is dwelling
