“Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the Lord, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.”
יָרֵא
To fear, to revere, to be in awe of. Yare. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Not terror but holy awe of who He truly is.

the holy one of

Holy, set apart. Qadosh. God alone is truly qadosh. He calls His people to share in His holiness. To be set apart for His purposes.
