“That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the Lord, and there is none else.”
שֶׁמֶשׁ
Sun. Shemesh. The greater light that rules the day. God made it. And one day the city of God will have no need of the sun for God Himself will be its light.
