“O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires.”
עָנִי
Poor, afflicted, humble. Aniy. The Spirit of the LORD is on Me to proclaim good news to the poor. Jesus came for those who know they have nothing without God.
