“Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.”
פֶּשַׁע
Transgression, rebellion. Pesha. Wilful rebellion against God. Not just a mistake but a deliberate crossing of a known boundary. God forgives even this completely.

To spare, to withhold, to keep back. Chasak. One who withholds unduly comes to poverty. Holding back what God intends to flow through you stops the blessing.
