“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;”
בָּשַׂר
To proclaim good news, to bring good tidings. Basar. How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news. Every Christian is a carrier of good news.
עָנִי
Poor

Poor, afflicted, humble. Aniy. The Spirit of the LORD is on Me to proclaim good news to the poor. Jesus came for those who know they have nothing without God.

Captive, exile. Shebiy. To set free those who are bound. Jesus came to open every prison that holds human beings captive. He has the keys to every door.
