“We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies.”
נָגַע
properly, to touch, i.e. lay the hand upon (for any purpose; euphemistically, to lie with a woman); by implication, to reach (figuratively, to arrive, acquire); violently, to strike (punish, defeat, destroy, etc.)

Sky, clouds. Shachaq. The fine dust of the sky. The clouds are the dust of His feet. God is so vast that what we call sky is merely the dust around His feet.

Justice, right judgment. Mishpat. Doing what is right and fair in every situation. Let justice roll on like a river. God requires mishpat from His people.

To leave, to forsake, to abandon. Azab. I have not forsaken you. God will never abandon those who belong to Him. His commitment is unconditional.
