“If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.”
חָלַף
To pass through, to change, to renew. Chalaph. Those who wait on the LORD will renew their strength. Like an eagle moulting old feathers to soar again.

A man, a strong man, a warrior. Geber. The steps of a geber are established by the LORD. God orders the steps of those with holy strength and courage.
