“How then comfort ye me in vain, seeing in your answers there remaineth falsehood? ”
הֶבֶל
Vanity, breath, emptiness. Hebel. A breath that vanishes, emptiness. Ecclesiastes says everything apart from God is hebel. It looks solid but it is vapor. Only God endures.
