“Is not God in the height of heaven? and behold the height of the stars, how high they are!”
שָׁמַיִם
Heaven, sky. Shamayim. The visible sky and the spiritual realm where God dwells. God inhabits eternity but also dwells with the humble and contrite in spirit.

they are high

To be high, to be exalted, to rise. Ruwm. I dwell on a high and holy place but also with the contrite. God is both transcendent and intimately near.
