“The flood breaketh out from the inhabitant; even the waters forgotten of the foot: they are dried up, they are gone away from men.”
רֶגֶל
Foot, step, journey. Regel. The priest placed blood on the ear to hear God, the thumb to serve God, the foot to walk with God. The whole person consecrated — from hearing to doing to going.
