“By the great force of my disease is my garment changed: it bindeth me about as the collar of my coat.”
כְּתֹנֶת
A coat, a long garment. Kethoneth. Jacob gave Joseph a coat of many colours. The coat of favour became the coat of suffering before the coat of glory came.
