“Then should I yet have comfort; yea, I would harden myself in sorrow: let him not spare; for I have not concealed the words of the Holy One.”
חָמַל
Spare, have compassion. Chamal. To feel pity and act on it. As a father has compassion on his children so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.
